Ecommerce Site Search - Case StudyDavid Patterson discusses his experiences selecting an ecommerce site search solution for the Edwin Watts Golf ecommerce site. David's presentation was recorded at the Internet Retailer Conference 2006 pre conference marketing workshop. David Patterson is Internet Director for Edwin Watts Golf, a 37-year-old chain of 49 stores in 10 Southeastern and Southern states. His accomplishments include increasing web sales by 20% and visitor traffic by 30% while decreasing advertising costs. He holds a degree in business management and has a background in sales.
