Sales and Marketing Assistant / Office Manager
SLI Systems is a world leader in providing intelligent web site search solutions for our
customers. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant / Office Manager to provide
assistance to our team in our Cupertino,CA office.
Responsibilities include
- Assisting the sales and account management team be more productive.
- Secretarial and clerical duties including preparing and posting mailers and managing inbound and outbound correspondence
- Data entry of leads into our CRM package (Salesforce.com)
- Assisting Sales Management with sales reports
- Preparing for conferences - sending booths, booking hotels/flights etc
- Office management - watering plants, arranging for moves, managing storage
- Purchasing duties including ordering stationary, desks, laptops for new employees, phones etc.
- Heading up team-building and social events on a regular basis
Required skills include
