Junior Software Engineer
SLI Systems is looking for a junior software engineer to join its growing development team based in our Christchurch office. This is an opportunity to develop innovative new technology that will be used by some of the world's largest e-commerce websites. Supporting several hundred e-commerce sites around the world, and serving many millions of page views per day, SLI offers a terrific environment to work with other committed and talented people on challenges that are truly international in scale.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Able to implement business requirements in a quick and consistent manner;
- Contribute to the architecture and technology decisions;
- Passion and enthusiasm for website technologies that reach thousands of people quickly.
Key skills Include:
- Must have relevant commercial experience;
- Must have experience with UNIX and open source systems;
- Must have experience with PHP, HTML and JavaScript;
- Must have a BSc or equivalent qualification.
