SLI Systems Completes Second Consecutive Profitable Year With Revenues Doubled Over Previous Year

Learning Search(TM) Services Provider Sees Increased Demand From Retailers for Site Search, Site Champion and New Ad Champion Offerings

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - September 21, 2005 - S.L.I. Systems, Inc., a provider of search technology and services that enhance results and revenues for Internet sites and e-commerce destinations, today announced that it continued its track of steady growth and completed its fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, cash flow-positive for the second year in a row. As the company continued to see greater demand for its learning-based suite of offerings, including Learning Search™, Site Champion™ and Ad Champion™, SLI Systems doubled its revenues and improved profits nearly four times over last year's results.

With its recently announced Ad Champion, SLI Systems's Learning Search suite of products now includes managed solutions for search engine marketing (SEM) as well as search engine optimization (SEO), site search, and e-commerce search.

Learning Search analyzes visitors' aggregate search terms on a retailer's site and the corresponding items clicked on. Based on this information, the solution delivers more relevant search results, and also gives companies a view into visitors' searching and purchasing behavior.

Site Champion, SLI Systems's SEO service, uses the Learning Search engine to create optimized web pages for Internet search engines. Additionally, Ad Champion uses the data to automatically create rich, ever-changing paid search listings that better match what people are looking for.
