Restaurantware Serves Up 2x E-commerce Conversion Using SLI Systems

Restaurantware sells products through its own website, Amazon, product aggregators, and some of the largest food retailers including Sysco and Chef’s Warehouse. Ensuring that business and consumer customers can easily find the right products on the Restaurantware site is a critical strategy for the company to grow its direct sales channel.

Scaling Search with Growth

Today, Restaurantware sees between 25,000 – 35,000 search queries per month. The retailer has more than 2,000 SKUs and plans to increase the number of products offered by 50% in the next 12 months, with growth greatly accelerating this quarter. With the website growing in size by 30-40%, the company expects SLI will easily scale to accommodate greater search query volume, as well as expansion of a new site to sell across the Middle East by the end of 2017.
